Fleek is hiring a Special Projects Lead to own new business bets end to end, from thesis to signed deal to live pilot.

You will operate with founders directly in a founder-operator capacity, selling to SMBs and managing cross-functional efforts across ops, CX, supply and commercial.

You will build AI-first workflows to drive scalable, profitable outcomes.

The role is London-based, on-site, with a fast-paced, high-autonomy environment and strong equity upside as the company scales globally.
