We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Nursery Deputy Manager / Administrator with a Level 3 childcare qualification to join our dedicated team. This dual-role position involves supporting the day-to-day management of the nursery and handling key administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Nursery Manager in overseeing daily nursery activities and ensuring compliance with EYFS standards.
  • Lead and support a team of childcare practitioners, ensuring a high standard of care and education.
  • Act as a point of contact for parents, providing professional communication and resolving concerns effectively.
