Your role will include:
- Supporting the manager group on our larger audit assignments.
- Managing a portfolio of smaller audit engagements across a range of sectors and types into partner.
- Active engagement with our clients to gain a good understanding of their business and ensure the efficient execution of the audit.
- Responsibility for helping manage the audit department, providing valued input to our methodology and processes.
- Train, develop and supervise junior team members.
To be successful in the role:
- Qualified ACA/ACCA/ICAS with 4 years UK audit experience.
- Experience coaching junior members of staff.
- Working knowledge of UK GAAP and Financial Reporting requirements; IFRS is a bonus.
- Working knowledge of the regulations and compliance faced by an auditor, including anti-money laundering.
- Demonstrable knowledge of current economic and market trends.
The Benefits:
- Flexible working - 3 days office and 2 days working from home post passing your 3 months’ probation period.
- Flexible start time between 8.30 – 9.30am (7.5hr working day).
- 25 days holiday increasing by one day per year’s service up to a maximum of 30 days and ability to purchase/sell up to a further 5 days holiday.

- Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 depending on number of years of experience.
- Based: 1010 Eskdale Road, Winnersh Triangle, RG41 5TS – modern open plan office.
- Getting there: 5-minute walk from Winnersh Triangle train station, and 5 minutes away from junction 10 on the M4. Free car parking.
- Hybrid: During 3 months’ probation 5 days in the office and on passing probation 3 in the office, 2 from home.
