If you’re an ambitious individual with a great attitude and ready for a new challenge, we’re looking for an audit senior associate to help us take our audit team to the next level. We will value and listen to your ideas to help the team succeed; we are of a size where you personally can make a difference to the way we do things. We offer a hybrid working arrangement in our spacious office in Winnersh Triangle.
Your role will include:
- Supervising and coaching a team of 2–3 associates on audit engagements across a diverse portfolio of clients, reporting directly to the management team.
- Delivering audit assignments across a wide range of sectors including technology, media, renewables, and food; exposure to IFRS would be advantageous.
- Good understanding of the regulatory and compliance environment applicable to audit, including anti-money laundering requirements.
- Ability to prepare and review audit working papers to a high standard, ensuring compliance with ISAs (UK) and firm methodology.
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to effectively manage multiple deadlines, prioritise workload, and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Commercial awareness with demonstrable knowledge of current economic and market trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with clients and colleagues.
