Your role will include:
- Supporting the manager group on our larger audit assignments
- Managing a portfolio of smaller audit engagements across a range of sectors and types into partner
- Active engagement with our clients to gain a good understanding of their business and ensure the efficient execution of the audit
- Responsibility for helping manage the audit department, providing valued input to our methodology and processes
- Train, develop and supervise junior team members
To be successful in the role, if you can demonstrate the following skills and experience, we can help you grow and develop:
- Qualified ACA/ACCA/ICAS with 4 years UK audit experience
- Experience coaching junior members of staff
- Working knowledge of UK GAAP and Financial Reporting requirements, IFRS is a bonus
- Working knowledge of the regulations and compliance faced by an auditor, including anti‑money laundering
- Demonstrable knowledge of current economic and market trends

- Getting there: 5‑minute walk from Winnersh Triangle train station, and 5 minutes away from junction 10 on the M4. Free car parking
- Hybrid: During 3 months’ probation 5 days in the office and on passing probation 3 in the office, 2 from home
