Role: National Account Manager – OOH & Wholesale
Reports to: Head of Sales
Location: UK (national travel required)
Our philosophy is simple — craft drinks, made sustainably, tasting as grandma intended. We’re looking for a National Account Manager to lead and grow our OOH & Wholesale channel, with a strong focus on UK foodservice wholesalers, including Bidfood and Brakes.
This is a hands-on commercial role, owning national accounts end-to-end: listings, pricing, JBPs, promotions, ranging, and day-to-day relationship management. You’ll work closely with our Head of Sales, Marketing and Operations teams to accelerate distribution, volume and visibility in foodservice. This is not a sales director or team-management role — it’s about owning key accounts and delivering growth.
Account Management & Growth- Own and manage national wholesale and OOH accounts, with priority focus on Bidfood and Brakes.
- Secure new listings, expand range distribution and increase ROS across existing accounts.
- Lead pricing, promotions, rebates and commercial negotiations in line with brand positioning.
- Support customers with tailored sampling, activations and menu integration.
- Identify and win new wholesale and OOH opportunities aligned with our strategy.
- Build strong senior-level relationships with buyers, category managers and decision-makers.
- Own forecasting, volume planning and account performance tracking.
- Maintain accurate CRM, pricing files and promotional plans.
- Confidently communicate our sustainability mission, sourcing story and product quality.
- Be a brand ambassador — passionate, credible and commercially sharp.
3+ years’ experience in FMCG sales, ideally within Wholesale, Foodservice or OOH.
Proven experience managing national wholesale accounts (Bidfood, Brakes or similar highly desirable).
Strong commercial and negotiation skills, with a track record of delivering growth.
Comfortable with national travel and being out with customers regularly.
Flawsome! isn’t just another drinks brand. We save perfectly good fruit from going to waste, support farmers, and create natural, great-tasting drinks people genuinely love.
As NAM – OOH & Wholesale, you’ll play a key role in scaling our foodservice presence and shaping the next phase of our growth — with real ownership, autonomy and impact. If you’re commercially driven, relationship-led and excited by challenger brands with purpose, we’d love to hear from you.
