The role: We are looking to hire a bright, energetic Brand & Marketing Executive to help bring Flawsome! to life across all our channels and touch points. Reporting to our CMO. We’re looking for a creative content all-rounder who lives and breathes social and knows how to make a brand come alive on Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn. You’ll be a seriously organised, creative thinker with an eye for great storytelling and a passion for creating engaging, on-brand content. You’ll manage and activate our content calendar, working closely with our freelancers and creators while capturing and posting real-time, reactive content that shows the heart of Flawsome!. We’d love you to get out there too. Visiting cafés, shops and venues that sell Flawsome! to create cool, authentic content with our partners and customers. You’ll know what performs on each platform, from trending Reels and TikToks to behind-the-scenes storytelling. While we have a design team to bring visuals to life, a working knowledge of Canva is a bonus for quick turnarounds and content tweaks. Most importantly, you’ll be a natural communicator who brings energy, creativity and consistency to everything we share helping Flawsome! show up with purpose, playfulness and authenticity every day. This is a unique opportunity to join a fast-growing challenger brand and play a hands-on role in building a brilliant, passionate community.
Responsibilities:
- Planning, creating, and posting content across Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok, both scheduled and reactive, in line with our content strategy and brand voice.
- Being the face of the brand on social media, creating content yourself and appearing in videos to bring our story, people, and products to life.
- Actively spotting and jumping on trends across social platforms, keeping our content fresh, timely, and relevant.
- Running our social media calendar and staying on top of everything happening across the business - from new product launches to partner activations, van festivals and origin trips.
- Pre-arranged visits to key partners and venues (e.g. Opera House, Buckingham Palace, cafés, Boston Tea Party, Booths, etc.) to create engaging content showcasing our brand in these locations.
- Managing newsletter setup, scheduling, and formatting in Klaviyo and Shopify, ensuring smooth delivery and a polished reader experience.
- Managing day-to-day community engagement - responding to comments, DMs and interactions on social channels.
- Keeping our digital content library organised and easy to navigate.
Qualifications:
- 1–2 years’ experience in a marketing, content or brand role - ideally in a premium food, drink or lifestyle brand, or agency side with similar clients.
- A strong visual eye and instinct for what makes something feel premium, modern and own-able.
- Confident using Instagram and TikTok - you understand what cuts through, and how to adapt trends without losing brand integrity.
- Happy filming and photographing brand moments on the go - you know when something’s worth capturing and how to make it look good, even on a phone.
- Comfortable using Canva to produce well-designed assets that feel elevated and on-brand.
- Some experience with email and ecommerce platforms such as Klaviyo and Shopify.
- A confident, warm communicator - equally comfortable writing captions, talking to partners or engaging with our community online.
- Organised and detail-oriented - you’ll be juggling multiple pieces of content and activity, and will need to keep things running smoothly.
- Energetic, proactive and full of ideas — you take initiative, ask the right questions, and get things done.
- Comfortable working flexibly - sometimes out at cafés, events or capturing content on the move.
Core brand values:
- You’re not afraid to be wonky. We’re doers. We chase growth and grab opportunities with both hands. Sometimes a bit messy, always with intent. We move fast, focus on what matters, and learn as we go. Progress > perfection, every time. If something does go wonky, we learn from it, find a solution and implement the changes.
- You’re curiously unsatisfied. We’re never done learning, tweaking, or asking “what if?” The norm doesn’t inspire us, but better, bolder, and different does. We’re comfortable being uncomfortable if it means we keep pushing things forward.
- Your passion is contagious. We can’t fake our excitement and we wouldn’t want to. Our love for what we do (and our wonky drinks) is contagious. It energises our team, inspires our customers, and brews up genuine joy wherever it goes.
- You Live Sustainably. Everything we do has the planet in mind and so you’re already choosing sustainability over mass consumption. You root for the brands making a change and you already implement those changes yourself.
- You do it for the team. We grow by lifting each other up. We celebrate wins, share lessons, and laugh (a lot). Connection fuels us because when we bring our whole, flawed, brilliant selves to the table, that’s when we really thrive.
Benefits:
- A fantastic opportunity to be part of one of the UK’s most sustainable juice brands.
- A clear opportunity to put your mark on our next phase of growth, working with a passionate team.
- A chance to make a difference by raising the profile of wonky and surplus to a new industry standard.
- 21 days holiday (plus...)
