We’re looking for a proactive and service-oriented Desktop Support professional who enjoys solving problems and helping people work more effectively with technology. This role plays a key part in maintaining smooth day-to-day operations by delivering high-quality end-user support, managing devices, and supporting onboarding and off-boarding processes. The ideal candidate is organized, responsive, and comfortable working across office, AV, and remote environments.
Responsibilities:- Provide day-to-day desktop support for employees across hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems through in-person and remote support channels.
- Maintain high service standards and ensure timely resolution of support requests.
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes, including device provisioning, account setup, and access management.
- Manage company devices, including laptops, peripherals, and mobile devices across their lifecycle.
- Support system patching, updates, and basic device management processes.
- Support office technology, including meeting rooms, AV systems, and collaboration tools.
- Assist employees with remote working setups and connectivity troubleshooting.
- Help maintain documentation and processes for internal IT support and device standards.
- Experience providing end-user or desktop support in a professional environment.
- Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows and/or macOS systems.
- Experience supporting device management and system patching processes.
- Familiarity with user onboarding and off-boarding workflows.
- Experience supporting office technology, AV systems, or meeting room setups.
- Ability to support both in-office and remote employees.
- Strong communication and customer-service mindset.
- Experience with MDM platforms or endpoint management tools.
