What we are looking for:We\’re seeking an experienced CRM Manager who thrives in fast-paced startup environments and has deep expertise in HubSpot\’s ecosystem. The ideal candidate will leverage data-driven strategies to optimize our B2B marketing efforts and account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives. You\’ll work collaboratively across teams to enhance our customer relationship management processes, drive engagement, and contribute to our company\’s growth objectives.
You will be responsible for HubSpot Enterprise roll-out throughout the organization spanning multiple departments across sales, marketing, customer success and reporting for product and senior leadership team. You will be comfortable with custom objects, bespoke properties, complex workflow automations and reports. You will be able to manage various key stakeholders internally and externally to deliver value from our newly acquired HubSpot Enterprise license and take ownership of its roll out and maintenance across the business.
Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and optimise HubSpot CRM throughout the business.
- Develop and execute CRM strategies that align with our business objectives and sales and customer success processes
- Manage the integration and optimisation of data across all HubSpot Hubs (Sales, Service, Content, Marketing & Operations)
- Create and maintain segmentation strategies to ensure targeted, personalised communication.
- Build workflows and reports to automate and optimise our internal processes across the business.
- Analyse campaign performance and customer journey metrics to identify optimisation opportunities
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to ensure CRM data integrity and effective lead management
- Lead cross-functional projects using JIRA to improve CRM processes and efficiency
- Build and maintain comprehensive reports and dashboards to track KPIs and communicate results
- Train team members on HubSpot best practices and evolving capabilities
- Stay current with industry trends and recommend innovative approaches to improve our CRM marketing efforts
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in Hubspot Enterprise CRM projects or roles.
- Proven experience working in B2B environments with a focus on account-based marketing
- Advanced knowledge of HubSpot, including automation, workflows, and integration capabilities
- Demonstrated expertise across all HubSpot Hubs (Sales, Service, Content, Marketing & Operations)
- Experience with project management using JIRA
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data insights into actionable strategies
- Experience working in a startup environment and ability to adapt to changing priorities
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Bachelor\’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
Preferred Qualifications:
- HubSpot certifications (Marketing Software, CMS, Sales Software, etc.)
- Experience with Google Workspace integration with marketing tools
- Knowledge of SQL or other data query languages
- Experience with marketing analytics tools beyond HubSpot
- Experience with agile marketing methodologies
The ideal candidate would have worked with HubSpot for a number of years with knowledge of specific Enterprise features such as custom objects and properties. They will have technical knowledge and understanding of CSV’s, webhooks and APIs in relation to HubSpot but not required to write code (although a plus). The ideal candidate would deeply understand B2B sales processes and be familiar with ABM, Target Accounts, BANT & MEDDIC frameworks as they apply to a CRM and across teams.
Interview Process:
At Flawless, our team and interview process want to help you show your best self. We’ll dive into past projects and simulate working together.
Our interview process is three rounds with some casual Zoom (or in-person) coffee in between to get to know each other:
- Recruiting Screen: 30-45 minute call with our recruiting team (We want to discuss your interests and motivations as well as the practical details and make sure that Flawless would be a good fit for you)
- Technical Test: 45-60 minutes with one of our team to dive into your knowledge of the hubspot platform.
- Team Interview: 1.5 hours ideally onsite Interview where you will meet variety of your potential future colleagues
Your Recruiter and hiring manager will be your main point of contact and prepare you for interviews. You’ll meet 4 to 6 people from across the business. (We make sure that you have time in each interview to ask them questions). If we don’t give an offer, we’ll provide feedback!
