What we are looking for:
- We’re looking for a strong, delivery-focused Engineering Manager with a sharp product mindset and the ability to guide engineers in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
- The ideal candidate combines technical depth with excellent people leadership, ensuring both high-quality engineering output and strong collaboration with product managers.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of engineers, setting clear expectations and supporting their growth.
- Build strong relationships with direct reports and manage their performance effectively.
- Collaborate closely with the team’s PM to align engineering priorities with product goals.
- Ensure delivery of high-quality features in line with company OKRs.
- Uphold engineering standards and best practices across the codebase.
- Remain hands-on where needed, contributing to the product codebase.
- Drive continuous improvement in processes, tools, and team collaboration.
- Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and excellence.

Interview process:
- Our interview process is designed to help you show your best self. It includes three rounds with some casual Zoom (or in-person) conversations to get to know each other, followed by practical assessments.
- Recruiting Screen: 30–45 minute call with our recruiting team to discuss interests, motivations, practical details, and fit.
- Hiring Manager Screen: 45 minutes with the Director of Product Engineering to dive into experience and role specifics.
- Skills Interview: 45–60 minutes focusing on engineering management and project management experience.
- Final Interview: 3 hours onsite with technical and behavioral components, including a System Design interview and coding exercise.
Your Recruiter and hiring manager will be your main points of contact. You’ll meet 6–8 people from across the business and have time in each interview to ask questions. If we don’t extend an offer, we’ll provide feedback.
