We carry a large range of vaping products from top brands all around the world. The products we carry are all TPD compliant and meet the strict safety and quality standards set out in the UK and Europe. As the largest distributors of vaping products in the UK, we get our hands on the latest products before anyone else. Flawless has established itself as a leader in the market of VAPE and CBD products. The company has seen year on year growth of the business and has recently moved to bigger premises to expand our operations. Due to continued growth, we are looking to expand our team.
Key Responsibilities
- We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented E-commerce Executive to oversee and optimise our online sales channels.
- The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with B2B and B2C platforms, possess strong technical skills, and support both internal teams and external partners.
- This role combines e-commerce operations, IT support, SEO, and marketplace management (Amazon & eBay).
eCommerce Platform Management
- Oversee and manage all e-commerce platforms including B2B and B2C.
- Add POS items to online stores and make them available to customers under specified conditions.
- Run deals and promotions across both B2B and B2C channels.
- Monitor and optimise website performance using data-driven strategies.
- Participate in website development projects when necessary.
- Coordinate with third-party services (e.g., Shopify, Worldpay, DPD) to resolve issues or implement improvements.
- Produce weekly and monthly performance reports.
SEO & Digital Marketing Support
- Assist in planning and implementing SEO strategies.
- Research tools and services to enhance SEO and online visibility (e.g., Pricesync for price comparison).
Marketplace Management
- Manage and replenish inventory on Amazon and eBay.
- Optimise Amazon and eBay listings to maximise sales.
- Generate marketplace-specific reports as requested by internal stakeholders.
IT & Technical Support
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to e-commerce platforms and IT systems.
- Set up new computers, repairs, resolve phone and internet issues, and ensure software compatibility.
- Create staff logins for internal systems and applications.
- Train field sales staff on efficient use of e-commerce platforms and apps and provide ongoing support.
Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience managing e-commerce platforms (Shopify preferred) with over 5 years of hands-on experience.
- Strong technical skills in website maintenance and IT troubleshooting.
- Experience with SEO strategies and digital marketing tools.
- Familiarity with Amazon and eBay marketplace management.
