As the largest distributors of vaping products in the UK, we get our hands on the latest products before anyone else. Flawless has established itself as a leader in the market of VAPE and CBD products. The company has seen year on year growth of the business and has recently moved to bigger premises to expand our operations. Due to continued growth, we are looking to expand our team.
You will own the day-to-day management and growth of our Amazon and eBay channels, with a strong focus on driving sales growth, compliance, profitability, and overall account health across both platforms. You will act as the key point of contact between the marketplaces and internal teams, ensuring listings, inventory, pricing, and policies are managed to a high standard, while regularly analysing performance data to drive continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily Amazon Seller Central operations across UK & EU marketplaces
- Create, optimise, and maintain product listings (ASINs, content, images, variations, SEO)
- Monitor account health, resolve policy issues, listing suppressions, and compliance risks
- Manage FBM & FBA orders, inventory levels, removals, and stranded stock
- Handle Amazon cases, performance notifications, and appeals
- Analyse sales performance, conversion, pricing, buy box, and competitor activity
- Manage A+ Content and Brand Storefronts to improve conversion
- Own eBay pricing, shipping policies, margins, and SKU-level profitability
- Build P&L models, identify low-margin SKUs, and optimise pricing and bundles
- Deliver clear sales, margin, and market insights to management
