As we continue to expand, we are looking for a Head of New Brands to lead the identification, acquisition, and onboarding of exciting beauty brands into our growing portfolio.
About the RoleThis is a highly strategic and commercially driven role responsible for identifying, attracting, and securing new beauty brands to partner with FLAWLESS ORGANICS. You will play a key role in expanding our beauty category by sourcing high-potential brands across skincare, cosmetics, haircare, wellness, and personal care. The role will involve building strong relationships with founders and brand owners, while leading the onboarding of new partners into our e-commerce ecosystem. This position requires someone with strong industry connections, excellent commercial instincts, and a deep understanding of the evolving beauty landscape.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the identification and acquisition of new beauty brands to partner with FLAWLESS ORGANICS.
- Build and nurture relationships with founders, brand owners, distributors, and emerging beauty companies.
- Identify high-growth brands and innovative products across skincare, cosmetics, haircare, wellness, and personal care.
- Present and promote the FLAWLESS ORGANICS partnership model, clearly articulating the value of our Amazon expertise.
- Negotiate and secure commercial partnerships and brand agreements.
- Lead supplier and brand negotiations to deliver commercially advantageous terms that maximise margin, profitability, and long-term value.
- Manage the onboarding process for new brand partners.
- Collaborate with internal e-commerce, marketplace, and marketing teams to successfully launch new brands.
- Use commercial insight, market trends, customer behaviour, and performance data to shape and refine brand plans, capitalising on growth opportunities while proactively managing potential risks.
- Maintain a strong awareness of wider market and macroeconomic trends, assessing their potential impact on category performance and strategic decision-making.
- Lead and develop brand relationships in line with company values, creating best-in-class joint business plans that deliver mutual growth and long-term success.
- Drive strategic opportunities with brand partners, including market-leading promotions, first-to-market launches, exclusives, and investment in promotional and marketing support to maximise performance.
- Monitor beauty industry trends, emerging brands, and consumer demand to identify new opportunities.
- Attend beauty trade shows, industry events, and networking opportunities to discover potential brand partners.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective brands to support ongoing category growth.
- At least 5 years of proven experience in beauty brand partnerships, buying, brand development, or business development.
- Strong network within the beauty industry.
- Deep understanding of the beauty brand landscape and emerging trends.
- Highly commercial mindset with strong negotiation and deal-making skills.
- Ability to build trusted relationships with founders and brand leaders.
- Experience working within e-commerce, retail, or marketplace environments is advantageous.
