The AI company that's revolutionizing Hollywood. Flawless is transforming Hollywood with assistive AI. Our tools empower filmmakers to edit, localize, and refine performances while preserving artistic intent. Designed to support, not replace, artists, our technology expands what is possible on screen and gives creators freedom to tell stories with greater impact and reach audiences in new ways. From enabling seamless multilingual releases to eliminating the need for costly reshoots, Flawless solves critical challenges that slow down productions and limit distribution.

We are also setting the standard for ethical AI in entertainment. Our Artistic Rights Treasury (A.R.T.) is a rights management solution that protects artists and rights holders, ensuring that innovation moves forward with transparency and respect for creative ownership.

In this role, you'll provide dedicated design capacity for our high-priority TrueSync workflows, increasing our operational effectiveness and reducing bottlenecks. You'll have a direct impact on product quality and throughput by taking ownership of workflows that support review efficiency and usability. Your work will reduce delivery risk by replacing inconsistent contractor support with a permanent hire who can build deep context and accountability. You'll also free up our Design Lead to focus on broader product vision and quality standards. You'll directly support our company goal of enabling one user to create one hour of vubbed content in one day by improving the speed and clarity of our review and refinement tools.

What we are looking for:

  • We're looking for a proactive and coachable mid-level product designer with solid fundamentals across UX, interaction, and visual design.
  • You should be comfortable owning the full design process—from problem framing to handoff—in a fast-moving environment.
  • You'll be a strong collaborator who can clearly explain design decisions and work closely with product and engineering to ship features for complex digital products.

Responsibilities:

  • You'll own design work across the full process, including problem framing, concepting, prototyping, testing, iteration, and handoff.
  • You'll contribute to our goal of enabling one user to create one hour of vubbed content in one day by improving the speed and clarity of key workflows in TrueSync.
  • You'll use AI tools like Cursor and Claude Code to explore and communicate solutions quickly, producing clear, testable POCs before development begins.
  • You'll talk directly with internal and external users to understand pain points, validate solutions, and improve your decisions.
  • You'll collaborate with Product and Engineering, helping to shape user stories and requirements so developers can build with confidence.
  • You'll design workflows that handle ambiguity, system status, and complex user decisions.

Your Experience:

  • Solid product design fundamentals across Product Design (UX, and UI design).
  • Experience designing and shipping features for complex digital products with Product and Engineering teams.
  • Ability to own design work across the full process: problem framing, concepting, prototyping, testing, iteration, and handoff.
  • Strong prototyping skills, including the ability to use AI tools like Cursor and Claude Code.
  • Comfortable talking to users, running lightweight research, and using feedback to improve designs.
  • Strong communication skills, especially in explaining design decisions to PMs and developers.
  • Ability to help shape user stories, requirements, and design guidance for engineers.
  • Strong judgement in designing workflows that involve ambiguity and complex user decisions.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment where the process is still being defined.
  • Coachable, proactive, and able to grow into greater ownership over time.

Bonus Points For:

  • Experience working on creative editing tools, AI products, or complex workflow software.
  • Experience with review, asset, media, or refinement-style workflows.
  • Familiarity designing for both novice and expert users.
  • Experience contributing to a new design process within a team.
  • Confidence contributing to critique and design direction outside your immediate area of ownership.

In your first 6 months you will:

  • You'll take ownership of meaningful design work across our product surfaces.
  • You'll produce clear, testable solution ideas using AI-driven prototyping workflows.
  • You'll contribute to the company goal of enabling one user to create one hour of vubbed content in one day.
  • You'll become dependable enough to own small-to-medium design problems with limited oversight.
