We're a founder-led, growing practice and as our CEO steps into a full strategic role, we've created a new Clinical Director position to lead our clinical operation. This is not a step sideways. THE OPPORTUNITY
As Clinical Director, you'll hold joint leadership of the business alongside our Practice Manager — setting the clinical vision, leading the team, and maintaining a personal podiatry caseload that keeps you at the sharp end of the profession. You'll report directly to the CEO and have genuine authority over the clinical direction of a premium, multi-site practice.
WHAT THE ROLE INVOLVES
- Clinical leadership across three London clinic sites
- Setting and upholding clinical standards and governance
- Mentoring and developing the clinical team
- Maintaining a personal clinical caseload (advanced podiatry and laser)
- Co-leading business operations with the Practice Manager
- Contributing to recruitment, strategy, and clinical innovation
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- Significant post-registration podiatry experience
- Proven leadership or team management experience
- The ability to lead by clinical example
- A mindset that balances clinical excellence with operational thinking
- Specialist experience (MSK, nail surgery, laser, biomechanics) is a strong advantage.
