At Flavours Holidays , we create unforgettable experiences in Italy, Spain, Morocco, and Scotland – from cooking and painting to Pilates and photography retreats. We’re looking for a Travel Sales Consultant to join our Edinburgh-based team and help guests plan their next inspiring adventure.

✨ What You\’ll Be Doing:
- Engage with new and returning guests by phone and email, turning enquiries into bookings.
- Offer expert advice and match each guest with their perfect Flavours holiday.
- Handle brochure requests and follow-up communications with warmth and care.
- Process bookings, manage payments, and keep CRM records up to date.
- Share ideas and contribute in weekly sales meetings.
- Be a positive, collaborative team member who thrives in a guest-first environment.
✅ What You’ll Bring:
- 2+ years’ experience in a customer-facing or sales role – travel industry experience is welcome but not essential.
- Strong phone skills and a natural ability to connect with people.
- Clear, confident communication and strong written English.
- Patience, persistence, and a motivated, can-do attitude.
- Organised and comfortable using CRM or sales systems (training provided).
- You must live within commuting distance of our Edinburgh office – this is an office-based role .
