We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join the team at our Breck Road, Liverpool store (L5). Working 8 hours per week initially, there is scope for these hours to increase when other team members are absent; in addition you may be expected to work in the Walton Road store (L4) where necessary to cover absences.
You must therefore be flexible and available to work at least one day over the weekend which will include Friday, Saturday or Sunday.
The ideal candidates will possess excellent communication skills and a passion for customer service. You will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming shopping environment, assisting customers with their needs, and driving sales through effective upselling techniques.
Key Responsibilities
- Be the welcoming face of Flavour Warehouse to customers and generate sales by making recommendations on products and upselling
- Deliver exceptional customer service to all customers, ensuring their needs are met where possible
- Work with management and colleagues to build a customer-focused, sales driven team
- Be aware of the sales target and actively contribute to achieving store goals and targets
- Share customer feedback and observations with the management team
- Uphold store merchandising and high standards of cleanliness, ensure the store is kept neat and tidy and is easy for customers to navigate
- Support the aims and ethos of Flavour Warehouse, setting a good example in terms of dress, behaviour, punctuality and
- attendance
- Promote and ensure the good reputation of Flavour Warehouse
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures within the scope of the role
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred, ideally in a vape store but full training will be provided
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members
- A proactive attitude towards selling and promoting products while maintaining high standards of customer care
- A vaper or have a keen interest and knowledge in the vaping industry is desirable
- Reliable, trustworthy with good time management skills
