Key Responsibilities

- Be the welcoming face of Vapestore to customers and generate sales by making recommendations on products and upselling
- Deliver exceptional customer service to all customers, ensuring their needs are met where possible
- Work with management and colleagues to build a customer-focused, sales driven team
- Be aware of the sales target and actively contribute to achieving store goals and targets
- Share customer feedback and observations with the management team
- Uphold store merchandising and high standards of cleanliness, ensure the store is kept neat and tidy and is easy for customers to navigate
- Support the aims and ethos of Vapouriz, setting a good example in terms of dress, behaviour, punctuality and attendance
- Promote and ensure the good reputation of Vapouriz
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures within the scope of the role
Knowledge, Skills and Experience

- Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members
- A proactive attitude towards selling and promoting products while maintaining high standards of customer care
- A vaper or have a keen interest in the vaping industry is desirable
- Reliable, trustworthy with good time management skills
