Key Responsibilities

  • Lead all operations across Production, Mixing, Planning, Purchasing, Goods In and Stock Control
  • Drive operational performance, efficiency and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Ensure production output, quality and safety standards are consistently achieved
  • Oversee production planning and operational resource management to support business demand
  • Manage the purchasing and supply of raw materials, packaging and operational consumables
  • Ensure effective inventory control, stock accuracy and management of ageing or obsolete stock
  • Lead operational KPI reporting and performance management across the manufacturing function
  • Support OTIF achievement through effective operational planning and cross-functional collaboration
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant Health & Safety, regulatory and operational standards
  • Work collaboratively with the wider leadership team to support business growth and operational scalability
  • Develop and lead high-performing operational teams across the manufacturing function
