We are looking for a commercially minded CRM Marketing Executive to join our eCommerce team and help drive customer engagement, retention and revenue across several key websites.
This hands-on role will focus on email marketing, automated customer journeys, affiliate activity and commercial performance analysis, helping to identify opportunities for growth and continual improvement.
What You’ll Do
- Plan, build, test and optimise email campaigns across multiple eCommerce websites and brands.
- Manage automated customer journeys including welcome, post-purchase, re-engagement and promotional campaigns.
- Use segmentation, testing and performance insight to improve engagement, retention and revenue.
- Manage day-to-day affiliate marketing activity and monitor traffic, sales and acquisition performance.
- Analyse weekly sales, product, brand and category performance to highlight trends, risks and opportunities.
- Work closely with eCommerce and marketing colleagues to support trading priorities, launches and promotions.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in CRM, email marketing, eCommerce or digital marketing.
- Confidence creating email campaigns and working with automated customer journeys.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to turn data into clear commercial recommendations.
- Good Excel or reporting tool knowledge and excellent attention to detail.
- A proactive, organised approach and strong written communication skills.
- Experience with Ometria, Shopify, Google Analytics, affiliate networks or multi-brand eCommerce would be beneficial.
