We’re looking for a proactive and organised HR Administrator to support our busy HR team. From onboarding, training admin and assisting with payroll, you’ll play a key role in keeping things running smoothly and ensuring we provide a great employee experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drafting offer letters, contracts and other HR documents
- Managing the shared HR inbox and handling queries
- Keeping employee records accurate and up to date
- Supporting the Payroll Co-ordinator with data and benefits admin
- Overseeing compliance training and maintaining trackers
- Coordinating recruitment and onboarding processes
- Conducting exit interviews and reporting insights
- Maintaining our HR systems and streamlining reporting
- Being a first point of contact for general HR queries
- Assisting with employee relations and wider HR projects
What we’re looking for:
- Ideally CIPD Level 3 (or working towards it)
- Experience working within HR
- Confident with UK employment law basics
- Strong attention to detail and good time management
- Professional, approachable, and discreet
