Factory Food Production Operative

We produce all-in-one flavour blends packed with herbs, spices, and aromatics to make it easy to cook restaurant-quality meals with zero fuss. As a growing food start-up, we’re now looking for a reliable, process-driven Production Operative to join our small team in Watford.

You’ll also help with labelling, quality checks, maintaining hygiene standards, and keeping an eye on stock levels.

You won’t be cooking or developing recipes, you’ll be focused on precision, consistency, and cleanliness in a food production setting.

This is a part-time, on-site role based at our Watford unit.

Operate food-safe machinery.
Maintain a clean, organised workspace to meet food hygiene standards
Experience in food production, kitchen prep, warehouse, or factory settings is a plus
Food hygiene knowledge or certification is a bonus
Driving licence preferred but not essential
