We are looking for a Market Researcher Manager with strong sensory evaluation expertise to design, execute, and analyze sensory and consumer research studies, integrating sensory data with market insights to help leading brands innovate and improve products worldwide. This fast‐paced, hands‐on role is ideal for a professional passionate about sensory science, data analysis, and consumer behavior.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, manage, and execute sensory and consumer research projects, applying both qualitative and quantitative methodologies.
  • Select and implement appropriate sensory techniques (descriptive analysis, hedonic testing, difference testing) for project objectives.
  • Analyze sensory and consumer data using statistical tools (ANOVA, PCA, regression analysis, etc.) to produce actionable insights.
  • Integrate sensory results with market trends and consumer behavior patterns to guide product development.
  • Collaborate with cross‐functional teams (Project Management, Data Science, Marketing, and Brand) to ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Create compelling, data‐driven presentations and reports for clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the ongoing improvement of FlavorWiki's sensory methodologies and digital research tools.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in sensory science, sensory evaluation, consumer insights, or market research (preferably in food, beverage, or related industries).
  • Strong understanding of sensory methodologies and statistical analysis techniques.
  • Proficiency in SPSS, R, Excel, or other statistical software.
  • Demonstrated ability to design and manage mid‐to‐large scale research projects.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem‐solving skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fully remote, multicultural team environment.
  • Additional languages are a plus (Spanish, Portuguese, German, Chinese, Korean, Japanese).
Remote Work Requirements
  • Availability to work during European or US business hours.
  • Reliable high‐speed internet connection and own computer/laptop.
