We are an online market research firm with staff throughout Asia, Europe and North America. We are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to monitor online research projects to ensure that defined milestones are met.
Your responsibilities will be to work together with the CEO, Head of Insights and Head of Technology to organize, monitor and troubleshoot a project plan for online consumer research. Each project has a similar structure and execution timeline; your task will be to hold daily stand-up meetings with project stakeholders, groom tasks to ensure project trackers are up to date and escalate problems or delays to senior management.
You should have experience working with remote teams, managing projects and using agile methodologies. Prior experience in the consumer research industry is not required. We are seeking first and foremost an assertive, clear communicator who is able to identify and troubleshoot problems, creating full transparency for management. You should be comfortable being the "task master" of a larger group and able to operate with strict standards of excellence. Good written and spoken English is essential. Other languages are a "plus".
