Role Details
Location: 5 days a week – London, White City
About the Role
You'll spend your day verifying new merchant deals — ensuring that we onboard accurately first time, ultimately giving our customers a great first impression. If a process wasn't followed or data is incomplete, you'll catch it. This is focused, deep-work admin that rewards pattern recognition. You'll be comfortable handling high volumes as we expand — 20 to 50 deals a day on average. The work suits people who genuinely find satisfaction in spotting what others miss and in getting through a long list cleanly. You'll spend very little time on the phone with customers or in meetings. It's a role that allows for focus and flow rather than rapidly switching context.
Responsibilities
- Review 20–50 merchant onboarding cases daily
- Cross-check details across our CRM, signed contracts, and external registries (Companies House and similar)
- Flag inconsistencies, missing information, or anything that doesn't add up
- Keep records clean, tidy, and audit-ready
- Spot patterns — if the same issue keeps appearing, surface it so we can fix the upstream process
- Work to a daily volume target without sacrificing accuracy
Skills & Attributes
- Genuinely meticulous attention to detail — you're the person who notices the typo nobody else does
- Ability to stay focused on repetitive work for hours at a time without losing accuracy
- Strong pattern recognition — you'll quickly learn what a clean file looks like and spot what doesn't fit
- Comfortable working independently on a queue, with your own pace and rhythm
- Calm, methodical temperament — this role rewards consistency over speed-bursts
- Confident with screens and digital tools (we'll train you on ours)
Our Values
- Happy Humans — We bring energy to our work and create teams people enjoy being part of.
- No Assholes — We perform at a high level while treating colleagues and customers with respect.
- It's Our Business, Own It — Everyone takes responsibility and manages their work like it's their own business.
- Start With No — We challenge ideas, think commercially and focus on what truly creates value.
- Sky-High Ambitions — We set bold goals and expect people to keep raising the bar.
- The Best Argument Wins — Titles don't decide outcomes. We debate openly to reach the best decisions.
Background & Requirements
- Fluent in English
- Right to work in the UK (visa sponsorship is not available for this role)
- Able to work from our White City office 5 days a week
Hiring Process
- Application Review— Our Talent Team reviews your CV to assess experience and potential fit.
- Talent Team Call (20–30 minutes)— A conversation to understand your background and discuss what motivates you.
- 1:1 Microsoft Teams interview with Manager
- Offer— Successful candidates receive a fast turnaround to offer.
