Field Sales Representative – Kingston/TwickenhamJoin Flatpay, a fast‐growing fintech company founded in Copenhagen, as a Field Sales Representative in the London area. Flatpay simplifies card payments for small and medium businesses with a single flat rate across all cards.

Important: This role requires a full UK driving licence and access to a personal vehicle. Mileage is reimbursed.
Responsibilities
Attend on‐site meetings with merchants booked by the SDR team; demo Flatpay solutions and close contracts (75% of signings).
Generate your own pipeline through referrals and cold canvassing (25% of signings).
Present tailored solutions that address specific merchant needs.
Deliver and install terminals to newly signed merchants and ensure smooth onboarding.
Maintain accurate and up‐to‐date records in the CRM system.
Uphold ethical selling standards and champion customer satisfaction post‐sale.
Provide feedback and insights to SDR, marketing, and product teams to strengthen go‐to‐market execution.
Commission: Uncapped — exceeding sales targets increases earnings proportionally.
Transportation: Mileage reimbursed for use of a personal vehicle; free RingGo parking account provided.

Comfortable working independently while collaborating with SDR and operations teams.
Background
Experience in B2B field sales with proven quota attainment (payments industry experience not required). Preferred.
Experience selling to SME owners.
Full UK driving licence and access to a personal vehicle, with flexibility to travel regionally as required (mileage reimbursed; no car allowance).
