Role: Field Sales Executive – Croydon/Sutton
Location: Field-based – South London area (Croydon or Sutton)
Earnings: OTE: £5,000–£6,000 per month (uncapped), 45p per mile mileage reimbursement, Company phone and laptop, Free parking via RingGo account. Your earnings are uncapped. The more you close, the more you earn.
Responsibilities:
- Attend around 3 qualified meetings per day booked by the BDR team and close deals
- Generate additional business through referrals and local canvassing
- Demonstrate Flatpay's payment solutions and present tailored proposals
- Deliver and install terminals for newly signed merchants
- Build lasting relationships with local SME owners
- Manage your pipeline and activity in the CRM system

Background & Requirements:
- Experience closing sales in a customer-facing role (B2B or B2C)
- Full UK driving licence
- Access to a personal vehicle 5 days a week
- Willingness to travel within your assigned territory
- Fluent in English
- Right to work in the UK (unfortunately we can't offer visa sponsorship right now)
Transport: Mileage reimbursed for personal vehicles and a RingGo parking account provided (HMRC approved mileage rates)
Hiring Process:

- Final Interview – Depending on the role and location, this will either be:
- A Group Assessment Session (around 2 hours with 10–15 candidates) including practical tasks and role-plays, or
- A 1:1 Microsoft Teams interview with a Regional Manager.
- Offer – Successful candidates receive a fast-turnaround offer, with onboarding dates available monthly.
