- Analyze employee relations data to pinpoint trends and potential risks, working closely with HR business partners to shape broader strategies informed by insights and employee feedback.
- Foster a culture of open communication, encouraging employees to voice their concerns and suggestions, and ensuring they feel heard and valued.

Requirements
- A BA/BS degree or higher is required, with a preference for candidates holding a JD, along with 8-10+ years of experience in Employee Relations or HR roles focused on employment law, particularly within a global or fast-paced organization.
- Extensive knowledge of employment laws in the US, UK, Germany, and Japan, with a proven track record in managing complex employee relations challenges and investigations while ensuring compliance with legal standards.
- Demonstrated ability to create and implement repeatable employee relations processes that mitigate risks and enhance consistency across the organization.
- Strong judgment and discretion, with the ability to navigate ambiguous situations with clarity, empathy, and professionalism.
- Exceptional communication and coaching skills, with the capacity to influence managers, HR business partners, and senior leadership on employee relations issues.
- A proactive mindset, with experience or interest in leveraging AI-driven tools in HR operations and analyzing people data to derive actionable insights.
