About the Role: Hey Archie UK Ltd, a subsidiary of Hey Archie, Inc. (USA), is seeking a UK-based Local Resident Nominee Director to assist in finalizing their UK bank account opening and to support ongoing corporate compliance. This is a part-time, non-operational role suitable for professionals seeking flexible work, with an estimated time commitment of 1-2 hours in the first month, and up to 1 hour monthly thereafter.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with signing documents for bank account opening at Investec (client already in final stages).
  • Sign appointment-related legal documents as a local director.
  • Periodically review company bank transactions (monthly) to ensure AML/KYC compliance.
  • Perform minimal ongoing compliance tasks, such as leaving brief monthly check-ins via our vendor portal.

Note: Bank account opening support is considered an additional service. Any fees for this task will be discussed directly with the client and compensated separately.

Requirements:

  • Must be a UK citizen or permanent resident.
  • Preferably a licensed solicitor or qualified CPA in the UK.
  • Must be able to sign legally binding documents as a local director.
  • Prior experience in compliance, corporate governance, or finance is a plus.
  • Comfortable with light administrative tasks and remote communication.

Compensation:

US$150.00/month for the standard nominee director services. Additional compensation negotiable for tasks such as physical bank appointments or legal document filings. Payments processed within 10 business days after the job is completed and approved.
