We support UK and US-based organisations with technology services including software development, data & analytics, IT support, customer success engineering, staff augmentation and AI-enabled solutions.
We are now looking for a hands-on Marketing Specialist to elevate our marketing execution and directly support revenue growth.
The Role
We are looking for a highly capable, delivery-focused Marketing Specialist who:
- understands B2B technology services
- can write clearly and confidently for UK & US audiences
- knows how to turn campaigns into real pipeline
You will work closely with the Commercial Director and sales teams and will be responsible for doing the work, not delegating it.
Responsibilities
Digital & Campaign Marketing
- Plan, build and execute B2B marketing campaigns that generate leads and pipeline
- Own email marketing, landing pages, campaign messaging and CTAs
- Create and deliver webinar and event campaigns (end-to-end)
- Write and edit high-quality marketing content: website copy, LinkedIn posts, thought leadership articles
Website & LinkedIn Ownership
- Own day-to-day website content updates, service pages and lead capture optimisation
- Improve messaging clarity across services (IT services, BPO, data, AI, staff augmentation)
- Own LinkedIn as a commercial channel (not just posting, positioning and conversion)
- Ensure consistent brand tone across all channels
- Produce practical sales assets: one-pagers, campaign support materials
- Actively support sales outreach with campaigns aligned to target sectors
- Work closely with SDRs and sales to improve meeting quality and conversion
- Own marketing activity within the CRM
- Ensure all MQLs are captured, tracked and nurtured correctly
- Deliver email campaigns via the CRM
- Track campaign-to-lead and lead-to-opportunity performance
Partnership Marketing
- Support partner marketing activity through co-branded campaigns and webinars
- Help activate partner relationships commercially (logos, messaging, credibility)
What Success Looks Like
- Marketing not reactive, campaigns run consistently
- Clear improvement in meeting quality and campaign attribution
- Website and LinkedIn become genuine lead channels
- Sales teams have good, relevant marketing support
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years’ experience in hands-on B2B marketing
- Experience in IT services, IT consultancy, SaaS or BPO environments
- Excellent written and verbal English (UK / US business standard)
- Comfortable working directly with sales teams
- Strong commercial awareness, understands how marketing supports revenue
- Confident owning delivery without needing heavy direction

- Experience marketing offshore / nearshore delivery models
