As our Global Talent Team continues to grow, we're looking for a Recruiter to continue to scale our teams. This is an opportunity for an experienced recruiter to have a fast impact as part of a high-performing recruitment team.

You will be a trusted talent partner responsible for hiring across a variety of positions. You will report to the Recruitment team lead. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with a wider team of Team Leads, Hiring Managers, and SLT.

What You'll Do

  • Be trusted business partners to our tech stakeholders. You will understand and foresee their business needs, be an extension of their teams and continuously challenge them to raise the bar.
  • Recruit top-tier talent to achieve your quarterly hiring goals.
  • Source, screen, interview and close candidates — owning the full end-to-end recruitment process.
  • Build relevant sourcing strategies tailored to the market and hiring needs.
  • Educate hiring managers and interview teams to ensure they are prepared and engaged for every interview process.
  • Actively contribute to promoting our employer brand via social media, events, etc.
  • Ensure a great candidate experience for every candidate no matter the outcome!

What You'll Bring

  • 3+ years of end-to-end recruiting experience within high-growth and fast-scaling organisations.
  • In-house recruiting experience, partnering with multiple internal stakeholders to ensure the best possible interview experience and results.
  • Successful track record of negotiating with and closing tech talent.
  • Experience hiring for technical/software roles.
  • Experience hiring high volume and niche talent.
  • Expertise managing volume in-bound applications, optimising advertising strategies and utilising the ATS to manage application quality.
  • A focused approach to attracting and engaging passive candidates, building a diverse pipeline through effective sourcing strategies.
  • The ability to think critically, adapt easily to changing priorities, collaborate with fellow recruiters, and optimize your own time to move at pace!
  • A Data-driven approach; you're all about the numbers and using these to optimize and influence.
  • High growth experience a bonus.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Passion, drive, and enthusiasm to ensure we secure the best talent out there!
