As part of this commitment, we're looking for a Production Line Leader to join our Central Production Unit (CPU). This is a hands-on leadership role, working closely with the team on the production floor to deliver safe, high-quality food to our restaurants. You'll lead by example, helping your team achieve production targets while maintaining the highest standards of food safety, quality and teamwork. If you're an organised and motivated leader who enjoys working with people, solving problems, and taking pride in producing remarkable food, we'd love to hear from you.
Working pattern:
- Primarily Monday to Friday
- Some flexibility required to support occasional weekend production needs
Shift patterns:
- AM Shift: 7:00am - 3:00pm
- PM Shift: 3:00pm - 11:00pm
