Social Media Executive - Beef HQ What we do At Flat Iron, we're all about remarkable steak, accessible to everyone, driven by passionate people who love what they do.
As we continue to grow, we're looking for a Social Media Executive to help bring our brand to life across our guest facing touchpoints.
Working closely with our restaurants and the wider Brand team, you'll create engaging content, manage our social platforms and own the brand's visual and textual storytelling.
This role is heavily focused on social media management, content planning and management, and copywriting.
You'll also create short-form content by regularly filming and editing, manage our freelance creators to deliver high-quality content and own copywriting across different mediums.

What you'll do Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you'll be responsible for content creation and management, and communications.
Social Media Production & Management Plan, create and manage content across Instagram, Facebook and Tik Tok Capture short-form content across our restaurants, events and launches.
Develop content ideas with the Brand team for both organic and paid campaigns.
Manage a network of external content creators - from brief to implementation Build and maintain quarterly content plans.
Schedule content and manage our day-to-day social channels.
Monitor social media public messages and respond where appropriate Track performance, produce monthly reports and identify opportunities to improve content.
Stay up to date with social media trends and bring new ideas to the team.
Support content shoots, working with restaurant teams and managing logistics.

You'll have: At least two years' experience in a similar social media or content role.
Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to write in a consistent brand tone of voice.
Experience managing social media channels and content calendars.
Confidence creating short-form video content, including filming and editing.
Experience working with external creators or agencies.
Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.
Good communication skills and the ability to build relationships across the business.
A creative mindset, balanced with a commercial approach to content.
Experience using Meta Business Suite, social analytics platforms and Cap Cut (or similar editing software).
Experience with Photoshop or In Design is beneficial.
A genuine interest in beef and hospitality.
