- Oversee the operational performance of up to 6 existing sites within London, ensuring they meet or exceed performance targets and uphold the company's standards.
- Monitor supplier and contractor performance.
- Through forecasting and understanding of the local area and events, support GMs with building community relationships.
- Contribute to strategic planning and action plans.
- Engage with support teams, monitor site par levels, and support community relationships.
- Investigate performance anomalies and support action planning.
- Support projects and effective launch initiatives through your restaurant teams.
