Key Responsibilities:
- Knowledge of financial reporting and commercials.
- Commitment to maintaining high-quality standards and customer satisfaction.
- Spot and stay close to those in training to ensure we maximise their experience.
- Monitor holiday pinch points, drive internal progression, and promote collaboration within your patch.
- Maintain high food scores and quality standards understanding.
- Oversee the operational performance of up to 6 existing sites within London, ensuring they meet or exceed performance targets and uphold the company's standards.
- Monitor supplier and contractor performance.
- Through forecasting and understanding of the local area and events, support GMs with building community relationships.
- Contribute to strategic planning and action plans.
- Engage with support teams, monitor site par levels, and support community relationships.
- Investigate performance anomalies and support action planning.
- Support projects and effective launch initiatives through your restaurant teams.
