Competitive salary, complemented with a 30% performance bonus. Complementary staff food & drinks while on shift. 30 days holiday allowance (excluding Bank Holidays). Cycle to work scheme.

Knowledge of financial reporting and commercials is essential. Commitment to maintaining high-quality standards and customer satisfaction. Spot and stay close to those in training to ensure we maximise their experience. Monitor holiday pinch points, drive internal progression, and promote collaboration within your patch. Maintain high food scores and quality standards understanding.

Oversee the operational performance of up to 6 existing sites within London, ensuring they meet or exceed performance targets and uphold the company's standards. Monitor supplier and contract performance.

Through forecasting and understanding of the local area and events, support GMs with building community relationships. Contribute to strategic planning and action plans. Engage with support teams, monitor site par levels, and support community relationships. Investigate performance anomalies and support action planning. Support projects and effective launch initiatives through your restaurant teams.
