- Monitor holiday pinch points, drive internal progression, and promote collaboration within your patch
- Maintain high food scores and quality standards understanding
- Oversee the operational performance of up to 6 existing sites within London, ensuring they meet or exceed performance targets and uphold the company's standards
- Monitor supplier and contractor performance
- Support GMs with building community relationships through forecasting and understanding of the local area and events
- Contribute to strategic planning and action plans
- Engage with support teams, monitor site par levels, and support community relationships
- Investigate performance anomalies and support action planning
- Support projects and effective launch initiatives through your restaurant teams
