Flat Iron is seeking a Beef Co-Ordinator to join our Beef Team and help keep the steaks flowing into our restaurants. This is a varied, fast-paced role for someone who loves being organised, getting into the detail and making things happen.
You’ll work closely with our Beef Lead, restaurant teams, suppliers, Supply Chain and Finance, becoming a key part of how we manage our beef from supplier through to restaurant and ensuring consistency in quality and availability.
