Flat Iron in London is seeking a Beef Co-Ordinator to join our Beef Team and help keep steaks flowing to our restaurants. You’ll work with our Beef Lead, restaurants, suppliers, Supply Chain and Finance to manage beef from supplier through to restaurant.
This is a fast-paced role for someone who loves detail, is highly organised and can own tasks. You’ll develop forecasting, manage volumes and allocations, and support system improvements as we grow.
