As we continue to grow, we're looking for an experienced and driven Property Project Manager to lead the delivery of our new restaurant openings. Working closely with the Property Director, you'll manage multiple projects from site acquisition through to opening day, ensuring every restaurant is delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the high standards our guests expect.

What we're looking for
- At least 5 years' project management experience, ideally within hospitality, retail or leisure.
- Experience delivering multiple construction projects simultaneously.
- Strong commercial awareness and CAPEX management skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience working with complex and Listed Buildings is desirable.
- MRICS, MCIOB or equivalent qualification is advantageous but not essential.
You’ll take ownership of the delivery of new Flat Iron restaurants, including:
- Assessing new site opportunities and identifying development risks.
- Managing project budgets, programmes and reporting.
- Coordinating consultants, contractors and suppliers.
- Securing planning, licensing, landlord and statutory approvals.
- Leading tender processes and procurement activities.
- Overseeing projects on site to ensure quality, safety and programme objectives are met.
- Managing handovers to Operations and supporting successful openings.
- Ensuring compliance with Building Safety, Health & Safety, Building Regulations and Fire Safety requirements.
