Responsibilities
- Hold regular team/KPI reviews and meetings.
- Spot and stay close to those in training to maximize their experience.
- Monitor holiday pinch points, drive internal progression, and promote collaboration within your patch.
- Develop clear plans, PDPs, and SYS with your teams, engaging with Beef HQ for development support.
- Maintain high food scores and quality standards.
- Drive customer metrics to ensure we deliver remarkable guest experiences.
- Conduct regular audits and reviews.
- Oversee the operational performance of up to six existing sites in London, ensuring they meet or exceed performance targets.
- Conduct excellence reviews, audits, and walk‑rounds; monitor external audits and create action plans to complete site‑level actions.
- Monitor supplier and contract performance.
- Ensure ambiance, setting, cleanliness schedules, and audits are at a high standard, following up and providing feedback to sites.
- Support new opening activities, potentially leading setup and launch of new locations.
- Use local forecasting and event understanding to help GMs build community relationships.
- Contribute to strategic planning and action plans.
- Engage with support teams, monitor site par levels, and support community relationships.
- Investigate performance anomalies and support action planning.
- Support projects and effective launch initiatives through your restaurant teams.
- Occasionally support weekend and evening work to maintain healthy work‑life balance.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in operations management within the restaurant or hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
- Knowledge of financial reporting and commercials.
- Commitment to maintaining high-quality standards and customer satisfaction.
Work Pattern
Managers must be available for occasional weekend and evening work to support teams and maintain exceptional guest experiences.
