Responsibilities
- Delivering excellent guest experiences through friendly, attentive service
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and organisation
- Following company procedures, food safety, health & safety, and licensing requirements
- Working collaboratively with colleagues across the venue
- Supporting smooth service by communicating effectively with your team
- Preparing and maintaining your section, station, or work area
- Following company standards, recipes, specifications, and contributing to a positive and professional team culture
- Supporting the wider team whenever needed to ensure great guest experiences
