Flat Iron is seeking an experienced Property Project Manager to lead new restaurant openings across the UK, reporting to the Property Director.

You will oversee site selection, budgeting, programmes and regulatory approvals to ensure timely, on-budget openings.

This role requires 5+ years in project management, preferably in hospitality or retail, strong CAPEX and stakeholder skills, and experience with complex or listed buildings.

MRICS/MCIOB is advantageous but not essential.
