Flat Iron is expanding its People Team and seeks a Talent Advisor to shape how we attract, engage and hire exceptional leaders across our London restaurants.
You will build strong talent pipelines, coach hiring managers, and partner with Operations Managers to deliver a premium candidate experience from application through to offer.
You will drive data-informed decisions, use ATS and sourcing tools, and travel regularly to support openings and broader People Team projects.
