Flat Iron is expanding its Beef Team and seeking a Beef Co-ordinator to ensure beef moves smoothly from supplier to restaurant. You’ll work with the Beef Lead, restaurants, suppliers, and Finance to manage volumes, allocations and data-driven planning.
You’ll need a sharp eye for detail, strong organisation, and the ability to own projects end‑to‑end, with solid Excel skills and clear communication to keep teams aligned as plans evolve.
