Flat Iron is seeking a Beef Co-ordinator to join our Beef Team and manage the beef flow from supplier to restaurant. You will partner with our Beef Lead, restaurant teams, suppliers, and finance to ensure accuracy and timely communication while improving processes.
The role focuses on coordinating volumes, handling queries, tracking credits, and contributing to forecasting and procurement as you grow into the position.
