About the Role: Join their team as a Service Engineer covering London and Home Counties. Bringing your years of experience to the role, you'll be prepared to undertake a range of crucial tasks for their valued clients. You will work on various types and makes of Patient Hoists, Stairlifts, Domestic Lifts and similar technical specialist equipment such as Beds and Baths etc.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Attending maintenance visits and emergency call-outs
  • Installing various specialist equipment
  • Conducting fault finding and problem-solving
  • Delivering excellent customer service
  • Working independently and as part of a team

The Person They're Looking For: The successful candidate will demonstrate:

  • A very good level of relevant experience (4+ years in maintenance)
  • Commitment to deliver excellent customer service
