The Role We are seeking a passionate and forward-thinking Rowing Coach & Assistant Equipment Manager to join our talented team in February 2025. Key Responsibilities: Lead engaging rowing sessions tailored to various skill levels, from beginner to national racing standards. Collaborate with the Heads of Rowing to design a robust coaching strategy. Organise and manage student training programs, camps, and regattas. Maintain detailed records of student progress and contribute to academic reporting. Oversee the preparation and maintenance of rowing equipment, supporting the Equipment Manager. Ensure compliance with health and safety standards, safeguarding all participants.
