Full-time, permanent position based in Finchampstead, Berkshire, RG40. Competitive salary dependent on experience, performance bonus and yearly bonus. Working away from home is required but is kept to a minimum where possible. This is not a standard 9-to-5 role, and applicants must be able to commute easily to the offices in Wokingham.

About the role: As a Data Cabling Engineer, you will play a crucial role within our client's team, working on a variety of projects primarily across the South UK region. You will help deliver high-quality cabling installations based on site drawings and customer instructions.
Please note: This is a cabling installation role, not an IT role.
Key responsibilities:
- Install and terminate CAT6 and CAT6A cabling.
- Install single-mode, multi-mode and blown fibre systems.
- Fit containment, including trunking, basket, conduit and tray work.
- Test copper and fibre optic cabling.
- Interpret site drawings and follow customer instructions accurately.
- Work collaboratively to complete challenging projects to a high standard.
- Complete security clearance processes for specific contracts when required.
