An exciting opportunity for an experienced estate agent to take the next step in their career and become a trusted member of a growing Nuneaton team.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Branch Manager, assisting with valuations where required and providing management cover during holidays. Most importantly, our client is looking for someone who can hit the ground running, understands estate agency, knows the local market and is prepared to get involved across all aspects of the branch.

The role offers the opportunity to develop your career within a growing independent estate agency, working closely with the Branch Manager and an established sales team. Responsibilities include:

  • Assisting with property valuations and market appraisals
  • Winning new instructions and helping maximise agreed sales and completions
  • Supporting the Branch Manager with the day-to-day running of the branch
  • Negotiating offers and progressing sales through to completion
  • Conducting viewings, dealing with applicants and building strong relationships with vendors, buyers and local contacts
  • Thinking creatively about property marketing, generating new business and increasing instructions

Requirements:

  • Experienced within residential estate agency, ideally with some previous valuation or listing experience
  • Local to Nuneaton or the surrounding area, with a good understanding of the local property market
  • Creative and confident in property marketing, generating new business and thinking outside the box
